A fresh checkout experience

We've redesigned checkout from the ground up. The new flow is cleaner, faster, and works better on mobile. You'll move through delivery address, review, and payment in fewer steps with a clearer summary of what you're paying for.

Discount codes

You can now apply discount codes at checkout. Look for the "Have a discount code?" link in the order summary sidebar. Enter your code, hit Apply, and you'll see the savings reflected immediately.

If a code doesn't work, we'll tell you why — whether it's expired, doesn't meet the minimum order, or has already been used. No more guessing.

Smarter promotions

When a discount code and an automatic promotion both apply to your order, we'll automatically pick whichever saves you more money. If we use the automatic promotion instead of your code, you'll see a clear explanation of why and how much each would have saved.

Behind the scenes

We've added a staff voucher management system so we can create and track discount campaigns more effectively. We've also wired up analytics to monitor how codes are being used, which helps us offer better deals in future.
